Week 2 of the #smallandsimplechallenge. This week is about taking time for mindfulness. Everyday take 5 minutes to meditate, pray, or just sit in silence and clear your head. There are a few great apps if you need a little help. @wakingupcourse and @headspace are a couple to check out.
