Happy Monday! Here we go with a new challenge. A little more core work is never bad. We’ll be doing flutter kicks this week. A simple movement that can be very challenging. Set a timer and aim for a full 30 seconds. See how many seconds you can hit by the end of the week and let us know if you saw progress. –
