Week # 12

We’re still here with week 12 of the #smallandsimplechallenge! This week we are going to get moving. Mountain climbers work multiple muscle groups and are great for mobility and heart health. Set a timer for 30 seconds. See if you can do 2-3 sets of this. If you have trouble getting on the floor you can perform this movement while standing. Have fun.
