Week # 16

Week 16 of the #smallandsimplechallenge will either be easy or very hard.  The goal this week is to get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep at night. . Research has shown that consistently getting 7-8 hours of sleep is key to a healthy lifestyle and the benefits are numerous.
