Week # 17

Welcome to a new week! This week for the #smallandsimplechallenge we are going to get moving again since everyone is well rested from last week. We are doing lunges. These are a great beginner move that can also be made more difficult with weights or volume. Start with 8-10 on each leg and go from there as you feel stronger. . Remember the goal of the challenge is to show you that by starting simple and being consistent you will see great progress. Even doing a little something is better than nothing and you should feel proud of yourself. #utah cbd
