Week # 19

Welcome to the new week and another challenge! This challenge might be harder than you think but will be great for your mental health. We all spend a lot of time on our phones looking at photos of people we don’t know and seeing what we’ll look like when we’re 80. This week we will work on unfollowing negative social media accounts. If you notice certain accounts making you feel bad about yourself, your life or just making you angry then let’s lighten your load a bit. Purge your social media feeds and see how you feel. Don’t let online negatively affect your happiness. You can control what you see.
